Dr. Davis has committed her academic and professional experience to providing psychological services to children, adolescents, and families for the past 15 years. She holds her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology which she received from Adler University in Chicago, IL. Prior to this degree, Dr. Davis received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Dr. Davis values cultural competency in regard to how this influences an individual’s experience. Therefore, she encourages and provides psychoeducation of how issues of diversity may impact an individual’s experience and their ability to address areas of turmoil they have previously encountered. 

Dr. Davis has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Davis has experience implementing Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered therapeutic approaches. Dr. Davis values working with individuals to create individualized treatment plans in order to successfully address their uniquely identified areas of difficulty. 

Dr. Davis also has vested interest in working with master’s and doctoral level students and provides academic teaching as well as support to students in their clinical training as they move toward completing their studies.  Dr. Davis serves as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor at Indiana University Bloomington.
